What We Offer
Blaire House of Milford Assisted Living Residence is a family owned and operated community located within the heart of the Blackstone Valley. One of the smallest assisted living facilities in the area, our unique simple floor plan promotes independence, and our warm home-like interior was designed to be reminiscent of a traditional New England Inn.
Our assisted living is great for seniors who wish to keep their minds and bodies active but are starting to need physical assistance or memory support. Residents are kept busy with daily programming and restaurant-style dining with peers, all while having the comfort of knowing our staff are onsite 24/7 to provide care assistance as needed. Our traditional assisted living and memory care neighborhoods both offer shared two-bedroom companion suites, studios, and one-bedroom units. All of our apartments are equipped with a kitchenette, full bath, emergency call system, cable, and telephone connections.

Memory Care
Our community offers a memory care neighborhood designed to keep our residents with Alzheimer’s Disease and other related dementias safe by providing a secure environment with specialized programming and staff training. Activities are designed to be failure free, meaningful, and are adapted to meet the needs of residents with early, middle, and late-stage dementia.

Transitions to Home
We are excited to introduce our Transitions to Home Program. This program is designed for seniors who are transitioning out of the hospital or inpatient rehabilitation and need further 24/7 assistance before they can safely return home.
Program Details:
- 2 WEEKS FREE (3rd & 4th week of the first month)
- 30-day minimum stay required
- All Inclusive
- VNA referred for visiting Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy

Respite Care / Short-Term Stay
Consider a respite/short-term stay if you or a loved one are recovering from an illness, worried about being alone during the winter months, hesitant to make a permanent move to a senior living community, or experiencing caregiver burnout. Enjoy an all-inclusive stay with 24/7 support while you recover, try out our community, or recharge while knowing your loved one is in a safe and secure environment.
